Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Your purchase will typically ship in 1-3 business days via a carrier of our choosing. This does not apply to LOT orders and high volume holiday times. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery. We only ship to the lower 48 states, Orders with hipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and international orders will be canceled.
The standard warranty is for 60 Days from original date of delivery. We will provide Technical Support at no additional charge to you. Technical Support is limited to original hardware and equipment operating system software installed by RareUse.com. This warranty covers the item's hardware against functional defects that are not covered by the original manufacturer. It does not cover any special needs you might have such as peripheral and/or software installation assistance. It also does not cover software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR ATTEMPTS WILL VOID ANY AND ALL WARRANTY. The warranty extends only to you, the original Purchaser, and is not transferable. This Warranty is valid only within the 48 continental United States. Data recovery is not included under this Warranty, and we are not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit or repair.
Returns & Replacements
Exchanges are only available for 14 days from receipt, unless as otherwise determined by our technical staff. Customer must report any visible damage within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange based upon such visible damage. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, you cannot obtain a refund or exchange because of the visible damage. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping in most cases and a restocking fee of up to 15% per item may be assessed. Warranty claims are for hardware issues only - excluding batteries. We do not guarantee or warranty laptop batteries. Please use original packaging if possible. If the item is not packaged securely, and upon delivery is found to be damaged as a result, no refund will be issued. The package will only be returned after shipping has been arranged and paid for by the customer. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept PayPal and credit cards (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa) as form of payment. All credit card payments are processed securely via a 3rd party vendor. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with credit card via PayPal. All sales, promotions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
